Helping Hands, NJ partners with The Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township
We are pleased to announce our partnership with the Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township (PCCT), 240 Southern Blvd, Chatham, NJ. The room will facilitate a drop off location for contributors who are donating and then a FREE shopping location for others, leave what you can, take what you need.
PCCT will house the Helping Hands Family Center where local families in need can obtain non-perishable food, clothing, household items and toiletries. Donations can now be dropped off in the back right corner of the PCCT parking lot in a gray plastic box marked with Helping Hands signs. Please contact one of the Helping Hands volunteers to set up a meeting time to visit the family center.

Caring for the Community Concert with Music by Blue Soul
In our ongoing efforts at outreach and gratitude, and welcome of our neighbors, we have launched a first-ever, all-community concert to be open to all and free of charge. Bring your lawn chairs, picnic blankets, and your favorite picnic foods, or appetizers and BYO beverages of choice. We will provide grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, chips, and soft drinks. An ice cream truck will be on hand to offer free ice cream treats, and we are planning to have some kid’s games organized on the front lawn during part of the evening as well. Bring the whole family along!
All attendees are encouraged to bring a donation item for the Helping Hands of Chatham non-profit charity that stores its donated goods in our church.
